Spanish-British-American filmmaker, screenwriter, and performer. His 2024 SkyShowtime Original film Amor en toda la cara—which he wrote, directed, and starred in—along with his three most recent short films (Hold For Applause, For Pete’s Sake, and Back to the Closet), have earned over 100 international awards and have been selected by more than 300 film festivals worldwide.

Gerald is known for his work on hit TV series including Netflix’s Death Inc (Muertos SL), HBO Max’s When Nobody Sees Us and Poor Devil, Movistar Plus’ Reyes de la Noche, the primetime sitcom Gym Tony—where he was both a lead actor and writer for five seasons—and Amazon Prime Video’s Little Coincidences, where he co-wrote and starred across three seasons alongside Javier Veiga.

He was also a writer, director, producer, and actor in John Leguizamo’s NGL sketch comedy show EOP Comedy, and co-wrote the Sony Pictures film Tequila Repasado. As an actor, he has appeared in films such as The Footballest franchise by Miguel Ángel Lamata, Unfortunate Stories by Goya Award-winning director Javier Fesser, and What Lucía Saw by Goya Award-winning director Imanol Uribe.

On stage, Gerald has performed with the Spanish National Theatre and his own company, The Sinflow, earning accolades including Best Play, Best Writer, and Best Director at Los Angeles’ Brisk Festival of International Theater.
