I am taking a leap into the creative industry after having a 1/3 life crisis when turning 30 years old and deciding that an office job was not how I saw myself spending the coming years.

I was born on the Island of Madeira and moved to Wales in 2006 as a 13 year old. I believe I can bring different levels of authenticity to roles due to my life experiences and will tap into them to maximise my performance.

I am a screen-focused actor with a strong commitment to psychological realism, emotional clarity, and truthful behaviour. My work is grounded in restraint and active listening, with a particular focus on subtext, intention, and precise moment-to-moment choices.

My approach draws on Meisner-based techniques, detailed script and beat analysis, and a strong understanding of story structure. I value preparation, collaboration, and adaptability, and I respond well to direction.

Alongside acting, I write and develop original screen projects, which has deepened my understanding of character, narrative flow, and pacing. This perspective informs my work on set, supporting clear, focused, and authentic performances.

I am confident working on camera, highly self-sufficient with self-taping, and maintain a calm, professional presence throughout the process.
