Born in January 2000 in Lisbon. Studied at the Cascais Professional Theatre School between 2015 and 2018, and then graduated from the Acting Branch of the Higher School of Theatre and Cinema, finishing in 2021.
As a complement, attended several workshops and seasonal courses, among which stand out the Quarterly Course at Comuna - Research Theatre, with guidance from João Mota, in 2018; and the CAC certified course – “Actor Awareness on Stage” at Teatro O Bando, with guidance from João Brites and Juliana Pinho;

At the Dona Maria II National Theatre, she was part of the cast of the “Kcena” project, in 2019, under the direction of Teresa Sobral and Raquel André. 
She is the Portuguese curator of the Feskamba Teatro Festival in Luanda.

In 2021, she joined the cast of the SP Televisão/SIC production, the telenovela Amor Amor, and in 2022 she joined the cast of the SP Televisão production Papel Principal.

The most recent shows she highlights are In Silence, by Teresa Sobral, which premiered in 2024; Battle, by Sandro William Junqueira, a co-production of LAMA, TNDMII and Teatro das Figuras, part of the “National Odyssey”, launched in 2023. In 2022, she co-created the shows Fatma and Ritmo da Semente, with Ana Lúcia Palminha and Beatriz Teodósio, respectively. In 2025, she was assistant director to the creator Mário Coelho in the show That Song About the End, which premiered at Teatro São Luiz.

In 2023, she internationalized the show "The Rhythm of the Seed" in Mozambique. In 2024, she internationalized the show "On November 20th" in Cape Verde and in Brazil, with the Teatro Gíria company. Also in 2024, she internationalized the show "Rhythm of the Seed" at the Mindelact Festival, in Cape Verde, and in Angola, in Luanda in 4 cultural spaces. 

She is a founding member and co-director of the Teatro Gíria and Associação Cultural Anthropos companies. She was also one of the nominees in the Gerador Young Creators Showcase.
