Kevin Bianco (31), born in Büdingen (Hesse) to an Italian immigrant family of ice cream makers, completed his schooling and a degree in physics in Italy. In 2017, he co-founded Hangar Teatri in Trieste, where he worked as an actor, director, and member of the artistic leadership team. From 2014 to 2021, he was also involved as co-organizer of the international theatre festival TACT. From 2021 to 2025, he studied acting at the Anton Bruckner Private University in Linz. In 2022, he appeared at Theater Spectacel Wilhering in the production Monks – Witnesses of the Invisible, which was awarded the 2022 Stage Art Prize. In 2023, he played the role of Silvio in The Servant of Two Masters at Theater im Hof Enns. During the 2022/2023 season, he also performed as Pepp in the music theatre series mini.music at Brucknerhaus Linz. As a member of the acting studio at Landestheater Linz, he played Maurizio di Mauro in The Night of Wishes by Michael Ende and La Daisy in the world premiere of Celebration (Florida) by Felix Krakau. In the 2024/2025 season, Kevin Bianco was part of the acting studio at Theater Chemnitz, where he appeared on stage as Sasha in Between Things We Are Safe by Laura Naumann, among others. Since July 2025, he has been working as a freelance artist between the Italian and German-speaking cultural spheres. His current artistic interests include themes such as solitude, protective mechanisms, digital intimacy, and the concept of return.
