Even as a child growing up in Trogen (Appenzell Ausserrhoden, Switzerland), I loved dressing up, painting my little brother and myself from head to toe, and reenacting all kinds of plays and musicals. At the age of eight, I got the chance to perform on stage at Theater St. Gallen in various productions – and that was it for me. I was completely hooked.

Alongside my dream of becoming an actor, I always felt a strong urge to play with my appearance. Colors fascinated me so much that I arranged my entire room according to them. When I was ten, I went through a phase of wearing only black and neon pink, punky clothes, and shoelaces wrapped around my wrist. Before I turned sixteen, I had dyed my hair in almost every color imaginable – from bright pink to grey. I was given expressive freedom, something I’ve held on to ever since. I’ve just stopped dyeing my hair these days.

In addition to studying acting, I work as a stylist, MUA, and freelance artist.

But my fascination with characters doesn’t stop at the external. I love diving into other worlds and exploring what’s going on inside. I really enjoy working vocally and physically – I like feeling what I do. I appreciate a clear exchange between director and performers, always with the goal of creating an authentic character in an authentic environment. I'm especially interested in sensory-based work – using songs, mood boards, scents, and physical impulses to experience the character from the inside out.

Don’t worry – I’m also open to desk work! Digging deeper is very important to me, and even though I like to think I work a lot through instinct and emotion, I also enjoy engaging with theory, psychology, and solid elements that reveal themselves through careful reading of the text or subtext.
