I am a multilingual, energetic and highly adaptable actor with my strengths and performance drive being grounded in: 

- Voiceover (including accents, character voices and all my languages - English/Swedish/Italian/Mandarin)
- Shakespeare & period drama (screen and stage), think Vikings and Outlander
- Psychological films
- Physical and stage combat-based work (screen and stage)
- Language-centred roles (for eg. where I can speak Italian or Mandarin) 
- Vulnerable & intimacy work 
- Work centering womanhood, history and social justice - to help society

I trained classically in England in Shakespeare, Theatre, Film, Voiover, Commercial Work and Movement. 

I thrive both in very active roles, ones that are more physically demanding, as well as in psychological work, that requires emotional specificity, stillness, tension. I care a lot about my health, staying fit and having a flexible body: this allows me to experience as many layers and states of the human experience as possible, as well as having an incredibly high amount of energy every day. 

I am extremely empathetic, feel my emotions and other people's very deeply, I thrive in devotion to hard work and I love working and collaborating with others.
