Tara Oestreich was born in the Azores in 1998 and spent her early years crossing the world's oceans with her family and crew on a sailing yacht. At the age of 12 she moved to Ulm, Germany and later graduated from high school there with a diploma in Theatre and Literature. In 2020 she began studying acting and drama in Regensburg at the ADK Bayern. There she booked her first roles at the Academy Theatre and the State Theatre Regensburg. For the season 24/25 she is a permanent ensemble member at the Wolfgang Borchert Theatre in Münster and will be relocating to the Theater der Altmark in Stendal for the season 25/26.
