Patricia Aulitzky's versatile career has been anything but straightforward, leading her from her birthplace in Salzburg, through Canada and South America to London, following the tradition of her internationally scattered family. After studying acting in Vienna, she received a scholarship for camera acting in LA. Her breakthrough came with the lead role in "FALCO – VERDAMMT, WIR LEBEN NOCH" (FALCO - rise and fallow a pop icon). In addition to her engagements in theater, she is best known for her work in film and television, including the miniseries "PREGAU," nominated for the Golden Camera, the ZDF series "LENA LORENZ,"(she was the lead) regularly captivating over 5 million viewers, "DIE SPUREN DES BÖSEN" (Emmy Award 2014), "DIE DRACHENJUNGFRAU" (premiered at Diagonale Festival ), "SOULS ON FIRE," or the event thriller "JEANNY". Since then, she has portrayed Chief Inspector Lisa Kuen in the Tyrolean Land Crime sequel. She has received nominations for the Romy Award and Grimme Prize for various projects, including the social drama "KALT/COLD" (2021) and the award-winning drama "Wir haben einen Deal/WE HAVE A DEAL" (2024). The latter won the Bernd Burgemeister Prize in the Munich Film Festival and the Rheingold Prize at the German Film Festival, and Aulitzky was nominated for the Jupiter Award for her performance as Best Actress. In the same year, she and her colleague Marlene Hauser received the "Outstanding Actress in a Foreign Language Film" award at the London Film Fest International for the short film "UNTIL I LIE STILL." Besides her acting career, she is active in performance art and resides in Vienna and Berlin. Currently, she can be seen in a one-woman performance with piano in "Nachschrift" at the Theater Nestroyhof - "one of the most radical confrontations with the language of the Nazis" according to Heimrad Bäcker.
